Happy belated New Year to you all! As you can see, I have not been very active here for a bit, but hope my new gallery will win you back! I've been a busy bee this so far in 2009, working on a new pilot for a cartoon show, which i can't say yet, however, it is hilarious, and hope to share more info with you soon! I've also been working on a new comic project with Neal Holman, but am going to wait just a little longer before giving you a preview.
The new gallery, is a series of stills showing you what I had a hand in doing on the Xtacles cartoon. I've loaded up the gallery, so please take a look and let me know what you think! Also, if you didn't know already, season 2 of FRISKY DINGO is out on DVD, so please go and pick it up, you won't regret it.
Other than that, things have been busy. Nice little review on my work in TMNT #53 : " The final story sees Leonardo facing an overwhelming swarm of Foot ninjas, and reminded me immediately of the Leonardo 1-issue Micro-Series from the original Mirage run, and for good reason.
The art seems rather dark, almost like it was printed from color to black-and-white. The style reminds me of the 2003 animated series, and is a style I really like. The story's ending did not surprise me in the least, even as it hit close to home, and a lot is really said by what happens without being stated explicitly, and for the moment makes this one of my favorite shorts to appear in this title." I have to agree about it printing a little dark Ah well, live and learn. I hope you'll pick it up, and let me know what you think.
